30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: We stand behind the quality and purity of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your Moovana purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS: You can return products in the following cases:

  • Product quality issues (taste, texture, or appearance concerns)

  • Damaged or leaked products during delivery

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Expired or near-expiry products (within 30 days of purchase)

  • Packaging defects or contamination

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products consumed more than 50%

  • Products opened and stored improperly

  • Products returned after 30 days of delivery

  • Products without original packaging or labels

  • Custom or personalized orders

RETURN PROCESS:

Step 1: Contact Us Call our customer care at 9903932876 or email info@moovana.in within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Return Authorization Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 24 hours.

Step 3: Free Pickup We'll arrange free pickup from your location within 2-3 business days. No need to visit any store or courier office.

Step 4: Quality Check Returned products undergo quality inspection at our facility to determine the cause of the issue.

Step 5: Refund Processing Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

REFUND METHODS:

  • Online payments: Refunded to original payment method (card/UPI/wallet)

  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer to provided account details

  • Store credit: Available as an option for faster resolution

REPLACEMENT POLICY: For quality issues, we offer free replacement instead of refund:

  • Same product replacement within 24-48 hours

  • Upgraded product if original is out of stock

  • Store credit for future purchases

DAMAGED PRODUCTS: If you receive damaged products:

  • Take photos of the damaged items and packaging

  • Contact us immediately upon delivery

  • We'll arrange immediate replacement at no extra cost

  • Investigation with delivery partner to prevent future issues

QUALITY COMPLAINTS: We take quality seriously. If you face any quality issues:

  • Retain the product and packaging for inspection

  • Contact our quality team at info@moovana.in

  • We'll investigate and provide detailed response within 48 hours

  • Compensation or replacement as per investigation results

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days

  • UPI/Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days

  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
